JH-880CK — это полностью автоматическая машина для двустороннего обжима и двусторонней вставки, предназначенная для высокоточного производства жгутов проводов. Машина объединяет подачу проволоки, резку, зачистку, обжатие клемм на обоих концах и установку корпуса на обоих концах в одном непрерывном цикле.
В отличие от стандартных машин для вставки, JH-880CK имеет двойную независимую работу с четырьмя станциями, что позволяет настраивать каждый конец отдельно. В стандартную комплектацию машины входит видеоконтроль с двумя линзами CCD и двухканальный контроль давления на концах, что обеспечивает 100% проверку качества каждого обжима и вставки.
JH-880CK идеально подходит для производителей автомобилей, бытовой техники, промышленного контроля и медицинского оборудования, которым требуются надежные узлы с двойным оконечным соединением с полной отслеживаемостью и документацией о качестве.
Двустороннее обжатие + двухсторонняя вставка – как A-конец, так и B-конец выполняют обжатие клемм и вставку корпуса. Полностью прекращенные сборки за один цикл.
1,5–1,8 секунды на провод – высокоскоростное последовательное вставление сложных жгутов.
Двойная конструкция с 4 станциями. На каждом конце имеется 4 независимых станции. Любую станцию можно отключить индивидуально для проведения технического обслуживания или замены продукта.
Стандарт Dual CCD Vision — прямая ПЗС-матрица для проверки последовательности проводов. Боковая ПЗС-матрица для проверки глубины вставки. Оба стандартные, а не дополнительные.
Стандарт двухканального контроля давления — анализ силы обжима в реальном времени с помощью двухканального монитора Huizhong. Стандартное оборудование.
Усилие обжима 2,0 Т – настраивается для более высоких требований к усилию
